Fucccccckk women!! I put my heart, feelings, thoughts, aspirations into them only to be lied to. Things were still in the early stages, but these things still hurt. A king for a day, a fool for a lifetime.

The 3rd of July, my friend and I went to San Diego for the Dodger game. We planned it before Manny got suspended and the place was flowing with Dodger fans. San Diego has a tail gate section that you can drink and BBQ at. It was only 20 bucks! We met other Dodger fans and they suggested we hang out and drink their beer and eat their food! Wow!! Niiice! We ended up giving them some money. What a deal regardless.

If you have not gone, you should! I have not been here since I was a senior in high school. Boo! I amgoing to go back though when I get my new camera. We were not staying long, and I thought I charged my Nikon battery, but it didn't last long and I forgot my extra one at home. Ugh.

| Do the evolution. |
[20 Feb 2009|12:00pm] |
|
Do you believe in the of evolution? Why or why not? Did we evolve from Ape-like hominids? Do you not believe this because a religion tells you otherwise? Not to say that belief/faith is a terrible thing. I just find it humorous that people vehemently disagree with evolution, but yet rely on it everyday. Along with evidence supporting the facts. Evolution/Science cured polio, smallpox, and dozens of diseases. Just because you bury you head in the sand doesn't make it go away. I'm upset that my schooling did not teach us correctly because a few people made the choices for us. All that matter is now is that I am finding out the truth. All I can do is speak it, live it, breathe it.

| Valentine's 2009 |
[16 Feb 2009|02:26am] |
In addiction to the good news of going to The Watchmen premiere. It was Valentine's day. We went to dinner and walked around the waterfront in Long Beach. It was serene, but cold. She made this for me and gave me Donnie Darko on Blu-Ray. We had some giant cupcake for dessert later that night. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

| An excerpt from Healing Earthquakes by Jimmy Santiago Baca. |
[03 Dec 2008|03:48pm] |
When I first saw you in L.A., you pulled me into you, a shy road dog in the bushes you lured out with you sweet words. We talked about being together, I never wanted to tie you down, never desired to own or possess you In a way that would hinder your beautiful flight, I wanted only to share my loneliness Share my solitary ideas And memories With you, To laugh with you As full and thick and unabashedly As prairie grass in the wind, leaning low with laughter, Scattering laughter like seeds in four directions, Laugh like cowboys slapping dust off jeans with cowboy hats, Laugh like being broncoed off a bull And landing on the ground, Then caressing as a child combs the man of her horse at dawn, Caressing you in every way The wounds, the hurts, the doubts the pains the tears caressing you As night fires lick flames to the edge of darkness, caressing the darkness I just wanted you I needed no magic or prayer, I had you, You were the mountains where my loneliness vanished, You were my beautiful woman. To travel with you, To watch you dance, to watch you heal, I would stand in awe of your power, You heart, And all I ever wanted was someone to trust, To be true to, to be hers, All I ever wanted Was to care for you tenderly, For you to know my heart, my fears, my childhood terrors, as I clung to you and loved you The way you hunger to be loved.
